As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience, I help adolescents (12+) and adults navigate anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the lasting weight of trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and I'm trained in Brainspotting, integrating music and creative practices when they fit. Sessions with me feel like real conversation, clinically grounded, never clinical-feeling.
You are not broken, and you were never meant to be fixed. Whenever you're ready, I'd be honored to begin.
Hi, I’m Debra. Life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from who we truly are. I believe that each person’s story matters, and I bring a genuine curiosity and compassion to understanding the experiences that have shaped you.
Together, we can explore your personal narrative, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and build on the strengths you already possess. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, mood disorders, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that can impact well-being. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can gain insight, find healing, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values.
Heather Hogue of The Hope Quarry, is a former public school teacher. Her experience as a military wife is an asset to her counseling practice because she is familiar with some of the unique needs of military members/public servants and their families. She particularly enjoys working with spouses of military members/first responders and their children/adolescents. She is trained in the Gottman Method of couples counseling and is a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. Heather provides inperson services to those in the DFW/Arlington area as well as offering virtual appointments to those for whom the commute is prohibitive.
I earned a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with adults who are struggling with trauma and grief.
