After graduate studies, I completed a two-year internship at the Christian Family Institute in marriage and family therapy, and I am a Certified Self-Leadership and Executive Coach. My goal is for you to feel deeply understood and leave each session with real clarity and momentum.
As your therapist, I bring several years of experience supporting individuals and families through crisis, healing, and transformation.
