    We all present strong beliefs in the face of uncertain futures. We recognize our mission’s urgency and the trust we have in our abilities, we don’t wait to have all the answers or the data. We all lead with conviction.

    We all prioritize our customers—therapists, payers, and patients—first. We go the extra distance for our fellow Headwegians. We believe kindness is a compounding advantage: going the extra distance for one another creates a culture where we go the distance for our mission.
