Hi, I’m Linda Uzoukwu, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and founder of Healing Healthy Minds Nursing, Inc. I provide compassionate, personalized psychiatric care to adults ages 18–60 through convenient telehealth services.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, and perinatal or postpartum mental health concerns. I understand that mental health challenges can affect every part of your life, and my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and actively involved in your care.
I, truly, believe there is no "one size fits all" to therapy, so I aim to tailor the therapy experience to match each client's individual and unique needs. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my dogs, hiking with friends, cooking, and making flower arrangements. I also enjoy spending time doing artsy activities or attending local events.
