I'm a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who supports teens, young adults, and families working through constant worry, big emotions, focus challenges, and the impact of difficult life experiences. Before specializing in psychiatry five years ago, I spent 13 yeas in emergency medicine, where I learned how deeply people need to feel seen and supported during overwhelming moments. That experience shaped my approach today: blending medical expertise with genuine curiosity, compassion, and respect for YOUR story. My goal is to create a space where you feel, safe, understood, and able to explore what you are going through with clarity and confidence.

I am Gina Feletar, a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 27 years of nursing experience, and a dedicated companion on your journey toward well-being. I am serving clients in both Arizona and California.

Dr. MacKenzie ia board certified Adult and Child psychiatric NP and trained therapist Graduated Cum Laud from Case Western Reserve University in 2012 practicing in Texas, Oregon and most recently in Arizona since 2013. Prior to this he spent 10+ years as a Psychiatric and Critical Care RN in the community and a prior 10+ years in the US Army; where he learned a lot about anxiety, depression, grief and trauma.
