I'm Rachael Colley, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner focused on psychiatric medication management with a practical, skills-based approach. My path ran through teaching and nursing before prescribing, so explaining things in plain language comes naturally, and I care about what works in your real life, not just what looks good on paper.
Who I work with I see adults, teens, and children, with particular depth in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, perinatal and postpartum mental health, and binge eating disorder. I provide neurodiversity-affirming care and have a strong interest in supporting people navigating a late diagnosis, both the relief of finally having answers and the practical work of figuring out what comes next.
I offer early morning, evening, and weekend appointments across Arizona.
If you've tried talk therapy but still feel stuck, I offer a different kind of support. I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults in Tucson and across Arizona, in person and online. Using EMDR, somatic therapy, and ketamine-assisted therapy, I help people heal from trauma and move toward a life of greater connection and vitality. I especially welcome LGBTQIA+ adults, people with ADHD and autism, older adults, and people navigating PTSD, complex trauma, burnout, chronic illness, grief and loss, and issues related to sexuality and identity.
I am trained in EMDR, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Psychedelic Therapist.
Hello everyone! My name is Pablo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I am an Army veteran and after my time in service, I received my Masters from Grand Canyon University and have been practicing therapy for about 3 years. I have about eight years overall experience in mental health working with a variety of clients from Serious Mental Illness (SMI) population to providing support to community members within Pima and Pinal County as a Co-Responder, working alongside Pinal County Sheriff and Tucson Police Department. Beyond therapy, I'm an avid outdoor enthusiast, finding joy in hiking and weight lifting. My passion for Jiu Jitsu keeps me grounded, and I nurture my spirit through my faith. Though my social circle is small, I intentionally invest my time in cultivating healthy relationships with family and loved ones, cherishing these connections deeply.

Hello and welcome! my name is Darren Nguyen (Duy), I'm currently only taking new clients for individual therapy, not couple and family therapy. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful growth. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis on Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arizona and have experience working in a community mental health clinic, supporting individuals facing a range of emotional and psychological struggles. Integrating evidence-based modalities such as ACT, CBT, DBT, PRT and somatic therapy, I help clients cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build a life aligned with their values. From a young age as an “old soul” I’ve carried a deep desire to witness & share people’s stories. I have always been a deep thinker and feeler. Born and raised near the Great Lake Erie (PA), I attended Penn State for my undergraduate studies in Human Development & Family Studies as well as Sociology. People & their development, both individually and collectively as a group, continue to fascinate me. There is always more to learn. More than 10 years ago I moved cross-country sight unseen to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona where I earned my Master’s in Counseling & Mental Health. The desert completely enchanted me and I’ve never left! We live in such a beautiful, healing place.
As I dove into the fields of both behavioral health & education, it became apparent that families often aren’t set up for or connected to the resources necessary to thrive. With a background in elementary school counseling, I worked with a vast variety of populations of students, families, and staff to problem-solve and collaborate toward whole-person success.
My clients tend to desire greater embodiment, self and relational connection, and healing. Many want to strengthen self-trust, grow relational skills, and navigate life transitions. Those drawn to my practice tend to be healers and care workers, creatives, educators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. As an individual and couples therapist, I often work with people desiring more or different out of their relationships, as well as clients looking for support related to sex, sexuality, and trauma.
