I work with people who feel caught between who they've been and who they're becoming. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I help men navigate the pressures of high-demand careers and the challenges that can impact their relationships and personal lives. I specialize in helping men who struggle with pornography and sex addiction, as well as the shame, secrecy, and relationship pain that often accompany these behaviors. Together, we'll identify the underlying issues driving these patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, rebuild trust and connection, and develop practical tools to help you live with greater integrity, purpose, and confidence.
