Hi, I am Jennifer.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and do not know where to start? Well, you are looking in the right place. Seeking therapy is scary and unknown territory, however I will be with you every step of the way to heal. I am here to help you navigate your feelings and tackle everyday battles. I have experience with working with youth and young adults managing depression, anxiety, and various life stressors. Life is tough, but so are you. My greatest strength is being empathetic to the needs of my clients. I meet the client where they are, and I enjoy working with clients and seeing their growth. I am rooting for you!
I’m a naturally curious, growth-oriented human who believes healing happens when insight meets action. I love helping people zoom out to see the bigger picture of their lives—while also gently zooming in on the patterns, habits, and beliefs that shape their everyday experience.
I’m drawn to the intersection of self-awareness and real-world momentum. Therapy with me is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded. We can explore the deep stuff—identity, relationships, purpose, transitions—while also building practical tools you can actually use on a Tuesday afternoon when life is lifing.
I value emotional honesty, nervous system regulation, and sustainable growth over quick fixes. I believe you’re not broken—you’re adaptive. Together, we figure out what’s working, what’s outdated, and how to move forward in a way that feels aligned, empowered, and authentically you.
Expect warmth, insight, humor when it fits, and a space where all parts of you are welcome. Healing doesn’t have to be clinical and cold—it can be connected, intentional, and even a little energizing.
After graduating from Fordham University with a Master's in Clinical Social Work. I continued my journey in healthcare as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, at New York -Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
I have 26 years of clinical experience in various medical and long-term care settings. Adept at supporting clients through chronic illnesses, aging, and emotional adjustment, with an integrative therapeutic approach. My goal is to support you through the therapeutic process. We will work together to set achievable goals to address and help resolve conflicts and improve your quality of life.
My work centers on helping clients navigate difficult transitions, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their capacity for growth and healing. As a social worker with five years of experience, I believe every person deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered. I’m passionate about creating a space where clients can show up as they are and feel met with compassion, curiosity, and care.
I have practiced therapy in several levels of care; outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. I have been practicing as a therapist since 2017, working with a diverse range of clinical presentations.
Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I look forward to working alongside you on your therapeutic journey, whether this is your first time or continuing your healing journey.
