Hi, I'm Jack. I'm a licensed clinical social worker with eight years of experience helping adults and adolescents in Texas navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. I grew up in Baltimore, trained at the University of Michigan School of Social Work, and now work virtually with clients across the state. My approach is designed to bring you safety and clarity in your life, past, present, and future. I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I work with, and I believe every person has more capacity for change than they give themselves credit for. Choosing the right therapist can be an exhausting process. Even if you’re just thinking of maybe starting therapy, feel free to give me a call. I would love to speak with you and help you figure this all out!
Maybe you're carrying something you've never said out loud. Maybe you look fine from the outside and feel worn down underneath it. Either way, you don't need to arrive with the right words or an explanation.
I'm a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience. I work with people living with trauma and PTSD, including the aftermath of crime and moments of real crisis. A lot of my work also deals with the weight people carry from what the world expects of them: the pressures that come with being a woman or a man, the small daily slights, discrimination, and inequality that add up over the years.
Outside of session you'll usually find me running, on a yoga mat, or watching basketball. I'm convinced cooking and gardening count as therapy too.
Taking the first step toward change isn’t easy—but you’ve already done it by starting your search for a therapist.
Now, I invite you to take the next step and schedule your first appointment. Whether that’s with me or another provider, what matters most is that you commit to investing in yourself.
You deserve support, healing, and a space where you can grow. If you’re ready, I’m here to walk alongside you. My focus is on helping individuals clarify their vision for the future while building on their existing strengths to foster growth, resilience, and lasting change. I take a motivational and strengths-based approach to counseling, offering encouragement and support as you navigate your path through life’s challenges.
I believe therapy is a collaborative effort, and that, therapy works for those that work it. My ultimate goal is to assist clients in establishing attainable goals, and supporting them as they work to obtain improved functioning overall in their daily lives. I received both my Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education from the University of St. Thomas, in Houston, and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2018.
Hi There! Donald Stiles is my name, but my friends call me Donnie. I'm a former active duty Marine turned Licensed Clinical Social Worker looking to continue my life of service to others that I once held while serving our country. Now, I'm serving on a much smaller scale, but no less important. Every single person that I serve now as a counselor is just as important as when I was serving the whole, and I will do my best to show you that I sincerely mean that.

Are you ready to commence your journey to healing, to discover your truth and breakthrough the mental barriers that have held you back from inner clarity and peace?
My goal is to foster a tranquil space not only where you are safe to share who you are but to facilitate the change you hope to see in yourself. My therapeutic orientation is diverse as each client is unique, with a strong cognitive-behavioral therapy base. Whether you are seeking counseling for individual, family, marriage or career related reasons, it is vital to allow the release of burdens, resolve conflicts or heal from present / past pain in order to obtain the reality you desire for yourself.
“Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.” Sharron Alder.
The fact that you are reading this shows that you have already taken that first step. Are you ready to take the next one?
Hi, I’m Kerrigan Spangler, a therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and sexual concerns. I’m passionate about helping people feel more confident in themselves and more connected in their relationships. I value honesty, curiosity, and creating a space where you don’t feel judged or rushed. Therapy with me is a place where you can show up as you are and start making sense of what you’re going through.
Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CACREP-accredited) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of Memphis.
Her path to counseling was shaped by a genuine passion for advocacy. Before and during her graduate studies, Amanda worked at Naval Support Activity Mid-South supporting military families, volunteered at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, and gained hands-on experience serving children and families across clinical and community settings. She has since built a career working with diverse populations — children, adolescents, and adults — and collaborates within multidisciplinary teams to ensure well-rounded, thoughtful care for every client.
Amanda's work is driven by one core belief: that with the right support, people have room to grow.
