Lacy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that specializes in working with clients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), specifically working with many parents when there is perinatal or postpartum OCD and postpartum depression. Subtypes of OCD that she is most familiar with in addition to perinatal/postpartum OCD are Harm OCD, Contamination OCD, and Sexual Obsessions (such a Pedophilia OCD P-OCD). I also have knowledge and a great deal of experience in many different areas, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, etc. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I generally use behavioral, cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and interpersonal modalities in therapy. I was in private practice from 2007-2015 and then worked full-time for the Veterans' Administration (VA) for almost ten years. I have recently transitioned back to private practice. I have been doing only telehealth for the past five years. I must admit that I was skeptical about telehealth at first, but have been absolutely amazed at how effective it is.

Audrey Sanchez is an Art Therapist (ATR-P) at Gainesville Healing House and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Throughout her career Audrey has provided mental health therapy within schools, clinical settings as well as in-home to children, adults, families, and groups. Audrey utilizes evidence-based interventions to address issues related to mental health, associated behavioral concerns, stress management and emotion regulation. Audrey has helped clients learn about effective parenting styles, communication styles and the effects of trauma on childhood development and behaviors.

Audrey’s therapeutic approach is based in humanistic theory and helps clients to achieve personal growth through modalities such as expressive arts, therapeutic play, solution-focused, DBT, CBAT, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), amongst others. Audrey is also EMDR trained. Audrey is empathetic, offers a collaborative and non-judgmental space in efforts to understand symptoms in context and build individualized therapeutic goals. I’m Dr. Madeline Michel, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of nursing experience and more than 13 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing at Florida Atlantic University and hold three board certifications as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals across the lifespan in a variety of clinical settings. My professional background includes psychiatry, substance use disorders, cognitive disorders, and neurology. I previously practiced as a neurology hospitalist nurse practitioner at several hospitals throughout South Florida and as a cognition-specialized Gerontological Nurse Practitioner at the Louis and Anne Green Memory Wellness Center, a state-designated Memory Disorder Clinic. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of the relationship between mental, cognitive, neurological, and physical health.
