I've spent 30 years working across hospice, psychiatric crisis screening, in patient and out patient programs, medical settings and private practice. I am also EMDR certified, which means I'm trained in a research-backed approach specifically designed to help people heal from trauma, grief and PTSD. I am also the mother of a special needs child so I can relate. I bring all of that experience to our work together.

Outside of work, I'm a mom who enjoys spending time with my family, staying active, relaxing at the beach, and reading whenever I get the chance. I also have a cream mini dachshund named Honey, who may occasionally make an appearance during our virtual sessions!

Breaking Generational Cycles! Casey loves their family though some behaviors are toxic. They want to make sure the cycle stops with them. They aren't sure how. That's where therapy comes in. In therapy they have a private space that’s entirely theirs. They have someone who listens and doesn't interrupt or talk only about themselves.
