You don't have to hit rock bottom to deserve support. Sometimes you know something isn't working, but you're not sure where to start or whether your struggles are "serious enough" for therapy. I work with adults navigating addiction and recovery at all stages, as well as anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest about what's happening without judgment and begin figuring out what you want to change.
Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and other emotional challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs and am trained in both EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences. My goal is to help you gain practical tools, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling that thoughtfully integrates faith into the therapy process.
My name is Meredith Ximines-Mullings, Pscyhiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide mental health for all ages including children and adolescents, adults and seniors. I've intensive experiences in managing acute care and routine needs.
My primary clinical areas include anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADD/ADHD, alcohol and substance use, and child and adolescent mental health. I also work with clients navigating depression, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, anger management, panic disorders, sleep difficulties, stress, and family concerns.
Whether I am working with a child navigating emotional or behavioral challenges, a teenager struggling with mood or substance use, or an adult seeking support through life's hardships, my commitment is the same: to provide care that is thorough, compassionate, and genuinely tailored to the individual.
Maybe it started as anxiety, the kind that sits in your chest before you've even opened your eyes in the morning. Or maybe it was something that happened a long time ago that you thought you'd moved past, until you noticed it showing up in your relationships, your drinking, your sleep, your ability to just feel okay on a regular Tuesday. A lot of people who find their way to therapy aren't in crisis. They're just tired of carrying something that's gotten heavier than it used to be, and tired of the ways they've been managing it. If that's where you are, whether you're sorting through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or a complicated relationship with alcohol or substances, you're not unusual. And you're not out of options..

I work primarily with musicians, actors & writers. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable being honest about what you are experiencing, while also feeling supported and challenged to grow. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, stress, and other challenges. I take a strengths-based approach and believe that you already possess many of the tools needed for change sometimes we just have to uncover them, strengthen them, and learn how to use them differently. I strive to make therapy relatable, meaningful, and practical so that what we discuss in session can make a difference in your everyday life.
