Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying anxiety, depression, mood changes, or emotions that seem difficult to manage on your own. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard without judgment and supported through life's challenges. Whether you're navigating ADHD, bipolar disorder, anger management concerns, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, identity questions, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you better understand yourself while building the tools you need to move forward. I work with both adolescents and adults, recognizing that every stage of life brings unique experiences and obstacles. Together, we'll create a supportive, collaborative environment where you can explore what's weighing on you, discover your strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
Hi, I'm Eli, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Hey there! My name is Nikki :) a little about me is that I view my clients holistically and from a systems lens. I enjoy learning about my clients within the context of their childhoods, environment, and the culmination of their life experiences. I am very familiar with grief and find fulfillment in helping clients process major life changes and transitions. If clients are open, I incorporate spiritual understanding and meaning-making. As an LMFT, I love to assist clients in improving communication with others, especially loved ones, or to assist in boundary-setting strategies. A huge focus of mine is client empowerment and self-love, which extends to how one navigates the world!
I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being fully yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged, while also being supported in making real, meaningful changes in your life.
Clients often share that they feel at ease talking with me, but also appreciate that I’m honest and help them look at things in new ways. I’m not here to just nod along. I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and figure out what actually works for you moving forward.
I take a collaborative approach, which means we work together to make sense of your experiences and build tools that fit your life. Therapy does not have to feel cold or overly clinical. It can be a space that feels genuine, supportive, and even a little lighter at times, while still doing the deeper work.
Hey all! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping my clients gain a deeper love and understanding of self at a foundational level. I enjoy assisting my clients in cultivating a better awareness of triggers that often appear in their lives, as well as in prompting client exploration regarding narratives that have been carried for too long. My main goal is to facilitate overall client healing and empowerment!

I am working my favorite level of care on an out-patient setting. Training has been in addictions, mental health, couples and family systems. I have other specialties with chronic pain and nutrition/bariatrics and obesity and available to provide medical and court evaluations with limited testing. I am a pilgrim in progress, a man of faith, a student of people, a mental health counselor, and an avid lover of stories. I am grateful to have a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University, and both a Master's of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. Professionally, I have worked with individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds including: grief, trauma, gender and sexuality, addiction, faith and spirituality, anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, etc.). I have served clients across a variety of ages, children to adults both in clinical settings and also in community (professional Christian ministry) settings.
My area of focus is with high-achieving adults and athletes who seek self-discovery, optimal performance and skillfully practicing the art of living well. Having grown up in a high achieving environment, becoming one myself and then raising my own high achievers. I have intimate knowledge of the highs and lows and the guilt and shame that follow.
