Welcome! My name is Emily, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, following my undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan. I have experience working with individuals throughout the lifespan and I believe therapy is most effective when it feels supportive, collaborative, and grounded in trust.

With more than 30 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, I am passionate about helping adults and older adults navigate life’s emotional, psychological, and cognitive challenges. I provide psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and neuropsychological evaluations, with particular experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, memory concerns, adjustment issues, and the impact of aging or medical conditions. A Florida and Polk County native, Mirtha is a graduate of Frostproof High School. She is board certified as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an Autonomous Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor's of Nursing from Polk State and a Master's of Nursing from USF. In 2023 Mirtha earned a Post Master's Certification in Psychiatry from Florida Atlantic University. However, her journey as a mental health provider began in 2020 when she became certified through the Academy of Christian Counseling, as a mental health coach. Then in January of 2025 she became an active member of the Order of Saint Luke (OSL) a healing ministry.

Mirtha has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare. Her passion is caring for individuals struggling with mental health issues. She has been volunteering with the youth in her community for over 7 years and also has experience working in a domestic violence shelter with victims of trauma.

Hi, I’m Lindsay Turner, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Boca Raton, Florida.

I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in helping people who second-guess themselves, feel responsible for everyone else’s happiness, or struggle to feel secure in their relationships. My work often focuses on strengthening self-trust, setting boundaries, and understanding the patterns that influence how we see ourselves and connect with others. I also work with couples to improve communication, navigate conflict, and build emotional connection.

I bring warmth, honesty, curiosity, and a sense of humor to my work. I’m an engaged, down-to-earth therapist who values getting to know you as a person, including your strengths, your experiences, and what makes life meaningful to you. I am a licensed mental health counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. For five years, I have supported people in outpatient and inpatient addiction settings, hospitals, needle exchanges, and those living with severe and persistent mental illness. Today, I primarily help adults ages 18 to 45 navigate anxiety through individualized, one-on-one therapy. I bring compassion, curiosity, and experience to every session.
