Hi, I obtained my bachelor's degree in art with a focus on Psychology and a master's in counseling. I am also nationally certified as a trauma therapist. I have served many populations ranging from children as young as 4 to people transitioning in end of life care. I have worked in the non-profit sector, private practice and as a mental health presenter. These experiences have provided me with opportunities to serve diverse populations with an array of needs.
I provide compassionate, confidential psychiatric care designed to help you feel supported and understood. Each treatment plan is personalized, using evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs and goals. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where we can work together to manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood changes, or sleep issues. I'm Michelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, trauma, PTSD, and major life challenges. Through my experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as crisis intervention work, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. One thing I've learned is that healing rarely happens all at once—it happens one step, one conversation, and one breakthrough at a time.
My goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.
With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, life transitions, chronic illness, trauma (including first responders), aging-related concerns, and members of the agricultural and farming communities.

I have 6+ years of working with both individuals and couples. I work to create an atmosphere free of judgement while trying to be as direct as possible.
