This means that I have undergone additional training and experience working with the unique needs of medically complex transplant patients and their families. I aim to help clients through life transitions, anxiety, and women's health.

I am an Army Veteran as well as current spouse, so I also can relate to the military lifestyle. All are welcome as my clients! I’m a Board‐Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 20+ years of healthcare experience, providing compassionate, evidence‐based care for adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, and substance use disorders.

I trained at the University of South Alabama and have worked in outpatient clinics, hospitals, memory care, and correctional settings. These experiences help me understand how mental health challenges impact daily functioning and overall quality of life.

My approach is trauma‐informed, culturally responsive, and solution‐focused. I take time to understand your story and create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and lived experiences.
