Welcome. I provide virtual therapy to adults 18 and up in both Washington state and Florida. In addition to seeing people for a wide range of concerns including mental health conditions like depression and anxiety, I have expertise in adjustment issues/life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and loss, coping with chronic health issues, and concerns related to aging.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving women in Montana and Florida through my private practice, Heart Development Strategies, LLC. I earned my Master of Social Work from Western New Mexico University and hold a graduate certificate in Rural Community Social Work. I am trained in EMDR, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, Internal Family Systems, and strengths-based, person-centered approaches.

I specialize in working with emotionally and mentally exhausted women navigating anxiety, burnout, compassion fatigue, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of the women I work with are leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and caregivers who have spent years holding everything together while quietly losing touch with themselves. Women often come to me because they want someone real, warm, honest, and straightforward. I am not here to impress you or give you a script to follow. I meet you where you are with truth, compassion, and practical support.

Hello! I’m Carmen, I’ve been a therapist for over the past ten years. I have a masters degree in Social Work with a concentration in trauma and mental health. I also hold my license in clinical social work.

My name is Dr. Catherine Godoy, and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience. My clinical focus is dedicated to helping those navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. As a veteran of the U.S. Navy, I feel a profound calling to support active-duty service members, veterans, and our first responder community. I intimately understand the unique sacrifices these roles require and am dedicated to providing a clinical space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.

My practice is built upon an extensive educational foundation, including a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of North Florida and a second DNP in Community Health and Wellness from the University of Alabama. I look forward to partnering with you to make your mental wellness a priority.
