Do you understand why you feel the way you do, but the feelings won't change? Maybe you've been to therapy before, gained insight, and still find yourself stuck in the same anxiety, low moods, or painful memories — and you're starting to wonder if anything will really work.
Talking helps, but some things — especially trauma — don't fully heal through talking alone. That's why I use EMDR, a proven, structured approach that helps your brain reprocess painful experiences so they lose their grip on your daily life. Many of my clients are surprised to feel real movement on things they've carried for years.
I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist supporting adults across Florida with trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My ideal clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in painful patterns, disconnected from themselves, or weighed down by past experiences that continue to shape their emotions, relationships, and daily lives. Together, we create space to better understand those experiences and begin building a path toward healing and growth.
I provide EMDR service remotely, utilizing headphones for bilateral stimulation. Some of the areas I address are Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, Stress, Family Difficulties, Couples Therapy, Divorce, Military Life, & PTSD. I have experience working with adults of all ages, and families in a multitude of different settings. Everyone deserves to be heard in a judgment-free zone. When necessary, Clients will be helped to step outside of their comfort zone and explore new areas. I am a LPC & LMHC and NCC & can see Clients in PA & FL via telehealth.
My intention is to provide a judgment-free space where we can talk about what is going on and collaborate to move forwards in the best way possible. I am flexible in my approach to counseling, and I tailor my counseling style based on the needs of each person I work with. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients (age, gender, concerns, etc.) and I am passionate about what I do. I am into fitness and healthy lifestyle, and I support my clients with creating their own foundation of wellness.
Hi, I'm Kaitlyn, a therapist who graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin. I specialize in men's mental health, and I'm deeply committed to helping men feel comfortable, understood, and supported in a therapeutic setting.
I know that seeking therapy can feel like a big step, especially when life is throwing a lot at you at once. Whether you're dealing with stress that feels unmanageable, anxiety that follows you into every part of your day, or a major life transition that has left you feeling uncertain about what comes next, I'm here to help you work through it with practical, evidence-based tools that actually make a difference.
My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, a well-researched method that focuses on identifying the unhelpful thought patterns driving how you feel and behave, and replacing them with healthier, more grounded ways of thinking and responding. CBT is structured and goal-focused, which means we won't just be talking in circles. Every session is designed to move you forward in a real, measurable way.
I chose to specialize in men's mental health because I believe men deserve a therapy experience that respects how they think, communicate, and process challenges. My goal is to make therapy feel less like something being done to you and more like a practical tool you can use to build the life you want.
Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience, I work with children, teens, adults, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, stress, and life transitions. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change so you can live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
