As a therapist my goal is to break the stigma that comes with therapy. I strive to create a collaborative, nurturing therapeutic relationship that can help transform one's pain or uncertainties into one of healing. Life can be difficult and sometimes confusing therefore I want to create a corner where one can feel safe, understood, and free of judgement.
My work is grounded in behavioral therapy, and a firm belief that people can change. I prefer a flexible and collaborative approach that evolves as we work together. Though the foundation of my work is behavioral, I develop integrated treatment plans for each new client, drawing on other evidence-based modalities and new research.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals heal, grow, and achieve meaningful change. I know that starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. What drives me most is the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow, adapt, and reconnect with themselves. My work is inspired by a genuine appreciation for each person’s unique story, and by the transformative power of empathy, understanding, and trust.

I believe that most people are either stuck repeating a cycle of generational trauma, or carrying the burden of bravely breaking that cycle. You deserve to break that cycle by discovering and embracing your best self, without fear or shame. But I understand that this is not always easy. I can help you break down the barriers that prevent you from achieving your goals and assist you on a transformative journey to becoming the person you want to be.
