Welcome! I'm John Ely - formally John N. Ely, Ph.D., LPC, informally "John" or "Doc". I hold an earned doctorate in Counseling granted by Marquette University in 1980 and have over 40 years of experience and psychotherapy. Terapeuta Bilingüe: Experto en Superar Desafíos, Especialista en Crear Soluciones.
You have been managing. Getting through the days, handling what comes at you, keeping it together. But somewhere along the way, that started to feel like the ceiling instead of the floor. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the kind of stress that stops feeling temporary. I also work with LGBTQIA+ and transgender individuals, and with people facing major life transitions who are ready for something to genuinely shift. My approach is practical and grounded. I am here to help you get unstuck and move forward with more confidence than you walked in with.
I'm a Licensed Master and Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping people through some of life's hardest moments. I work with individuals, families, and groups, and I have specialized training in trauma, eating disorders, and sexual health concerns. I'm also passionate about the bigger picture — how the world around us affects our mental health — and I bring that perspective into my work. I'm currently accepting new clients.
The majority of my professional experience comes from working with justice-impacted individuals, which has given me a deeper understanding of the complex challenges, life experiences, and barriers that can shape a person’s mental health and well-being. Through this work, I have developed a strong commitment to providing compassionate, nonjudgmental care and creating a space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and am currently pursuing my Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Counselor Education and Supervision at Walden University. My continued education reflects my commitment to ongoing growth and providing thoughtful, informed care to the individuals I serve.
Therapy is journey towards our better selves. Let me help you on this journey! With over 25 years of experience in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, identifying barriers and difficulties in employment is my specialty, but over the past few years I have expanded my modalities and practice to include working in therapeutic modalities with individuals and couples to help them address their issues with interpersonal communication and building on a strong foundation. I have also worked with those dealing with anger management, depressive and anxiety disorders, individuals on the Autism Spectrum, and those struggling with addictions.
My work focuses on helping individuals through life transitions whether that be in the form of grief, trauma or overall changes happening and causing disruption to your life. I have been in the therapy world for 6 years now and prior worked in community focused organizations. I have training in trauma-informed therapy, as a death comadre, CPP, and perinatal mental health.
Hello,
I'm Lynn and I have supported individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges through individual and group therapy, using compassionate, evidence-based care. I believe healing happens through both stability and growth. I work with clients to navigate life’s challenges, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools to support coping, emotional well-being, and lasting change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, hiking, and cruising.
My name is Janet VanScoyk, I studied at the University of Wyoming where I graduated with my master's in social work. Soon after I graduated, we moved to Arizona, and I have been practicing in the Gila Valley for the past 10 years.
If anxiety, depression, ADHD, or life's challenges have left you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unlike yourself, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm Mark Lindsay, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner who believes mental health care should be approachable, practical, and centered around you. By combining my medical and psychiatric experience, I look beyond symptoms to understand the full picture, helping you find real solutions that restore confidence, improve daily life, and move you toward lasting wellness.
I'm a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who supports teens, young adults, and families working through constant worry, big emotions, focus challenges, and the impact of difficult life experiences. Before specializing in psychiatry five years ago, I spent 13 yeas in emergency medicine, where I learned how deeply people need to feel seen and supported during overwhelming moments. That experience shaped my approach today: blending medical expertise with genuine curiosity, compassion, and respect for YOUR story. My goal is to create a space where you feel, safe, understood, and able to explore what you are going through with clarity and confidence.
