As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I help men navigate the pressures of high-demand careers and the challenges that can impact their relationships and personal lives. If you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, disconnected from the people who matter most, or caught in unhealthy coping patterns, I provide a direct, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where lasting change is possible.
I specialize in helping men who struggle with pornography and sex addiction, as well as the shame, secrecy, and relationship pain that often accompany these behaviors. Together, we'll identify the underlying issues driving these patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, rebuild trust and connection, and develop practical tools to help you live with greater integrity, purpose, and confidence.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I hold a B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Counseling from Ottawa University, with a concentration in the treatment of trauma, abuse, and deprivation. I’m here to help when your thoughts stop working for you and start working against you, when your values become difficult to apply, when you're stuck trying to survive rather than thrive, when the product becomes the focus rather than the process, and when that sense of fulfillment becomes elusive. I have years of experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, and addiction. I also have a focus in the support of medical professionals, lawyers, executives, and other high-performers. I'm fluent in English and Arabic, and provide a space where immigrant and first-generation clients feel deeply understood.

Find the right therapist for you
Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Factors to Consider When Choosing a Therapist in Goodyear, AZ
Searching for therapists in Goodyear starts with knowing what kind of support fits your needs. Many people look for therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, work stress, or major life changes. As you compare therapists, look for training and listed specialties that match what you want to focus on. A bio can show whether a therapist uses approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, or acceptance and commitment therapy.
Goodyear has local therapy options, but availability can vary across a smaller market. Virtual appointments can expand your choices across Arizona while still letting you work with a therapist licensed to provide care in the state. As you narrow your search, consider appointment times, whether a therapist is accepting new patients, session format, and whether a free phone consultation is offered. Reading profiles before booking can help you understand a therapist’s communication style, background, and approach to care.
Therapy in Goodyear can be a significant investment without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to lower session costs and make ongoing care more affordable. Headway helps you search for therapists who accept a wide range of insurance plans, see estimated out-of-pocket costs before booking, and choose from therapists who are accepting new patients. You can browse profiles, compare fit, and book directly when you’re ready.
