Hey, I'm Phil! I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and free to show up as yourself. I support adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, identity, and challenges with food, body image, and self-worth. I'm passionate about LGBTQ+ affirming care and helping people build a healthier relationship with themselves.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. We'll explore what's beneath the surface, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop tools that fit your life. Therapy doesn't have to feel like a clinical interrogation. You can expect genuine conversation, curiosity, and support as we work toward meaningful change together.
Greetings! I returned to school after having children to earn my Masters as a Licensed Clinical Counselor in order to help people navigate through difficult situations in their lives. My main passion focuses on treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and women's issues, often utilizing EMDR and person-centered approach. I am also partnered with Journey Clinical to utilize Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to assist with treatment-resistant anxiety and depression.
Building a psychiatric practice from the ground up means I get to do this the right way from the start. I chose psychiatric mental health care because I’ve seen firsthand how difficult it can be to find timely, thoughtful mental health treatment—especially in communities where there simply aren’t enough providers.
My background in healthcare has given me experience working with people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring that experience into every patient encounter, while keeping my focus where it belongs: on you, your goals, and what will actually help you move forward.
I believe psychiatric care should be collaborative, straightforward, and individualized. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood changes, or other mental health concerns, I want you to feel heard rather than judged. We’ll take the time to understand what you're experiencing, discuss your options honestly, and develop a treatment plan that makes sense for you.
My goal is to make getting quality psychiatric care easier—not another source of frustration. I’m committed to providing accessible, evidence-based treatment in a setting where patients can build a long-term relationship with their provider. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and I believe you should understand the why behind your treatment.
I strive to build the kind of practice I believe patients deserve: accessible, personal, and focused on treating the whole person—not just a diagnosis.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and have been working with adolescents, adults and families for 15 years. I graduated from Baldwin-Wallace University in 2009 with a B.S. in Psychology. I pursued my Masters of Social Science Administration (MSSA) from Case Western Reserve University, graduating in 2011, and I have worked in various settings including schools, mental health agencies, private practice, telehealth, and online crisis support. My treatment approach is strength-based while other navigate anxious feelings, identify confusion, depression, and stress management.
My path to becoming a counselor was shaped in part by my own life experiences. Navigating divorce, raising children in a divorced household, and working with a counselor myself helped me develop greater emotional awareness and better understand how our experiences can influence the way we think, feel, and respond to the world around us.
I have also learned to better understand my own experience with ADHD and how it has influenced different areas of my life. ADHD is part of my experience, but it does not define who I am. That journey has reinforced my belief that understanding ourselves including our experiences, strengths, challenges, and differences can help us grow without reducing who we are to a diagnosis or label.
These experiences contributed to my decision to become a counselor and helped shape my passion for supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, relationships, and major life transitions.
As a former firefighter, paramedic, and emergency planner, Matthew deeply understands the impact of trauma on those who served and protect. His mission is to help all individuals move beyond survival-toward healing, wholeness, and hope.
Maybe your mind won't slow down at night, or you're running on empty and can't remember the last time you felt like yourself. Maybe you've tried therapy before and it just didn't click. Whether this is your first time reaching out or you're still looking for the right fit, you're welcome here. I'm Adrianne, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I especially love working with women and teens. I often help people facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, and the lasting effects of trauma. I also support clients through grief, life after having a baby, relationship and family stress, and questions about identity, including for LGBTQ+ clients. I earned my Master of Social Work from Ohio University and have worked with teens and adults in schools, outpatient behavioral health, and domestic violence programs.
Feeling stuck? Wanting more connections? It's hard to build and maintain relationships. I work with clients to analyze themselves and how they interact with others. You'll build confidence and communication skills that you can apply to all relationships, while lowering anxiety and managing depression.
