As a licensed professional counselor, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to a happy and successful life. I’ve been practicing for over 20 years and truly enjoy seeing people change their lives for the better. I'm a strong believer that even though change is hard it is possible. My focus is on adults with a range of mental health disorders including substance use.
Hello! I'm a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner serving individuals of all ages throughout Wisconsin. I believe mental health care should feel approachable, supportive, and free from judgment. Whether you're seeking help for the first time or returning to care, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and discussing what's on your mind.
I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, insomnia, sleep problems, life stress, adjustment concerns, and relationship challenges so they can feel more balanced, confident, and in control of their lives. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to manage changes and challenges on your own, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself, develop effective strategies, and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and build a path forward that aligns with your goals.

My approach is grounded in relational and experiential therapy, while also integrating evidence- based techniques tailored to each client's unique needs. I value authenticity, curiosity, and helping clients reconnect with themselves in meaningful and empowering ways.
My personal philosophy of counseling would be to provide a positive, safe, and comfortable environment to establish a rapport for a healthy client-counselor relationship. This will help to empower the individual to be open to a path of healing, growth, resolution, and self-discovery.
The client will be working towards self-exploration to find answers and solutions to any obstacles in their life. I hope to help them explore, identify, and meet their challenges.

Hello, and welcome.
Seeking support can be one of the most courageous steps a person takes, and I believe therapy works best when you feel understood, respected, and genuinely supported. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to live.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor with extensive experience working with adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Throughout my career, I have worked in outpatient, residential, and community-based settings, helping individuals navigate some of life's most difficult experiences while rediscovering their strengths and sense of purpose.
In addition to my clinical experience, I am a United States Air Force combat veteran and former first responder. These experiences have given me firsthand insight into the unique challenges associated with high-stress professions, trauma exposure, operational demands, transition struggles, and the pressure of carrying significant responsibility while managing your own well-being. As a result, I have a particular passion for working with veterans, active-duty military members, first responders, healthcare professionals, and others whose careers require them to care for others while often neglecting themselves.
