I believe healing happens best in relationships built on authenticity, curiosity, and compassion. Whether we're talking in the office or walking a wooded trail, my approach is grounded, collaborative, and tailored to you.
Life can get heavy, and sometimes you get to a point where you know something needs to change, you just may not know where to start. That’s where I can help. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, grief, major life changes, or just trying to make sense of everything you’ve been carrying, we can work through it together.
I work with children, teens, and adults, with a special passion for supporting at-risk youth, justice-involved individuals, and people who may feel like they’ve been judged, misunderstood, or overlooked. You don’t have to come into therapy with the right words or have everything figured out. Come as you are. We’ll start there and work toward where you want to be.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in AZ and WI, Certified Biblical Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I don’t just bring textbook therapy skills to the table—I bring life experience, authenticity, and a fierce commitment to helping you heal. What really sets me apart is my "spicy" approach. Therapy with me isn’t cookie-cutter. I respect the foundational theories, but I thrive on making sessions as dynamic and individualized as you need them to be.
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2012. I utilize a client centered approach in assisting my clients to remove barriers preventing them from living their best life. I utilize a variety of tools and encourage my clients to practice self-advocacy and be an active participant in decision making in their therapy. After all you are the expert on you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Ph.D. in Sociology, bridging clinical practice and research. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating depression, life transitions, racial/ethnic identity and relational challenges, and burnout, with a focus on college students, young adults, Black women, and other people of color. Using a relational approach to therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe and empowered to embrace your authentic self. My goal is to help you move through your experiences with clarity and a deeper connection to who you truly are.
