Hello, and welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. My practice focuses on supporting young and middle-aged adults experiencing depression, trauma, anxiety, ADHD symptoms, and life transitions, as well as working mothers and new moms balancing the demands of family, career, and personal well-being.
Twenty-five years in this field — across inpatient units, outpatient programs, and private practice — means I've sat with people in virtually every kind of difficulty. That depth of experience shapes how I show up: grounded, unhurried, and genuinely confident that change is possible, even when it doesn't feel that way yet.
