I work alongside individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, perinatal challenges, relationship concerns, and grief. I am also passionate about working with clients who have experienced intimate partner violence and sexual violence. I am a clinical social worker licensed in Maine and Rhode Island, holding a Master of Social Work from the University of New England.

I help individuals with PTSD or those that have been sexually abused or have experienced trauma feel relief.

Loren is a licensed clinical social worker, (LCSW) with a degree from Wurzweiler School of Social work. Loren is certified in Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and has training in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Gestalt, Inner Child Healing, and Schema therapy.

I graduated from University of Southern California with my MSW in Social Work in 2014. I have been a school social worker in San Diego County and then in Rhode Island since 2014. I love helping adolescents navigate the pressures of being a teen. I am also a mom of three young kids. This has led me to be passionate about helping women as they navigate becoming a mother, being in the trenches of motherhood, and juggling it all.

I’m Alison (Ali) Pugh, a Clinical Social Worker, USAF veteran, and mom of two. I help adults who are juggling work, family, caregiving, or major life changes that feel heavier than they look on the surface. If you’re feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step, you’re in the right place. My style is calm, collaborative, and steady. There’s no pressure to have the perfect words.

As a board-certified psychiatric Mental Health practitioner, I believe that mental wellness is the foundation of a fulfilling life. I'm committed to providing personalized care that supports emotional, psychological, and behavioral well-being. I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. I’ve been practicing for 4 years. My focus group is from ages 17 to 80 with conditions such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar disorder, Insomnia, PTSD, OCD, Schizoaffective disorder, Schizophrenia, and other mental illnesses.

With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, life transitions, chronic illness, trauma (including first responders), aging-related concerns, and members of the agricultural and farming communities.
