I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in ADHD, mood disorders, and complex or unclear diagnoses. My approach is collaborative but direct - I focus on getting the diagnosis right and creating a treatment plan that truly fits your life.

I have experience across outpatient and residential settings, and I often work with patients who are looking for more clarity or haven’t found answers elsewhere.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, and I earned my Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I completed my Undergraduate in Psychology from Florida A&M University. I’m certified and experienced in EMDR- Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, CBT- Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Domestic Violence, Juvenile Intervention Treatment, and I'm Nationally Certified in Anger Management. I’m also a Qualified Supervisor.

With me, you won't have to do that work.

I'm a licensed therapist with more than 22 years of experience in mental health and addiction treatment. I've worked in community mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, correctional settings, and private practice. I've sat with people in some of the hardest moments of their lives and know how to meet them there without flinching.

My primary focus is LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. That includes navigating identity, coming out at any stage of life, relationship dynamics unique to queer and same-sex partnerships, internalized stigma, minority stress, and everything that comes with living authentically in a world that doesn't always make that easy. I also work with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, substance use and dual diagnosis, men's issues, and stress and burnout.

My clinical degree is a Master of Science in Social Administration (MSSA, MSW equivalent) from Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio (2016). I completed my Master of Education in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) from University of Cincinnati (2016), and have experience as a provider of ABA services. I have a Doctorate in Behavioral Health from Arizona State University(2020).
