Hi! My name is Mandie and I'm a licensed Mental Health Therapist. I have over 10 years of experience in the field with 5 of those years being with college students at various Universities. I received my Master Degree from Wright State University in 2016.

I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction recovery, and big life transitions. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and start to heal. Together, we’ll focus on building practical coping skills, confidence, and lasting change. My name is Courtney, and I am a Master's prepared Social Worker that provides telehealth services to individuals living in North Carolina, Connecticut, Tennessee and Texas. I specialize in helping adults (18+) cope with and navigate through challenging life transitions. My areas of expertise include chronic illness, anxiety, depression, grief and family conflict.
