Hello, I'm Stefanie Young, an Army brat, born in Germany and a Gulf War Veteran. I've spent my entire career in and around first response: military, military police, and civilian law enforcement which has truly shaped my approach to therapy by understanding the culture, the pressures that come with it, and what it takes to finally talk to someone.

My practice is a confidential, open space for adults working through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, anger, and depression. If you're a first responder or veteran, you won't need to explain your world to me, I've lived it. And if you're not, you're equally welcome as well.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over 5 years of experience treating patients in the outpatient and telehealth settings. I am also focusing on treating healthcare professionals, first responders and busy individuals who often cannot get to an appointment due to their schedule requires working Monday thru Friday until 5pm. I am offering non-traditional appointment times to accommodate those needing a non-traditional appointment time. Mental health is just as important as physical health and should be treated as such.
