I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology at Colorado State University and my master's in clinical mental health counseling at Kent State University. I have experiencing working with adolescents in a residential treatment facility and have spent the last three years working with individuals ages 7-75 in a community mental health organization with a wide range of diagnoses. I spent the first several years of my career focusing on working with children with ADHD and their families at an internship through the Cleveland Clinic. I specialize in behavioral concerns, interpersonal conflict, ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and stress management. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, TV, and sports, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio with 15 years of experience. I currently work with individuals ages 15 and over, but much of my recent focus has been on working with women dealing with anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide compassionate, supportive mental health care centered on medication management. To enhance your treatment, I integrate brief, supplemental supportive interventions and targeted coping strategies when clinically indicated. I am currently accepting new patients (ages 18–64) and have immediate openings with flexible scheduling for both online and in-person appointments.

I also am Assistant Professor of Family & Community Medicine at Northeast Ohio College of Medicine.
