I earned my Masters from Liberty University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in helping adults navigate anxiety and depression. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative, which means we work as partners to help you feel truly heard and supported. I blend evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, to help you understand your patterns, develop practical coping skills, and build a more fulfilling life.

This journey we take together won't always be easy but with 15 years experience, working in many areas of behavioral health including forensics, inpatient medical and psychiatry, outpatient, consulting, substance abuse and private practice, you're in good hands. I bring a wealth of life experience that goes a long way too!

Rooted in a collaborative and affirming approach, I specialize in working with athletes, students, and high achievers who are navigating challenges such as perfectionism, self-esteem, anxiety, and communication. My practice centers on supporting girls and women in building confidence, strengthening self-esteem, and redefining what success means on their own terms.

I am most widely known for the safe healing spaces that I create for women of Color. Through my practice, I have facilitated an Annual Sister Circle Retreat, and ongoing weekly Sister Circle therapeutic support groups for over a decade. In doing so, I have worked to empower a multitude of women in creating the lives that they want.
