Life can be messy, overwhelming, and unpredictable. But I believe our struggles do not define us, and every one of us deserves the opportunity to grow, heal, and embrace second chances.
I understand that taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy. Opening up to someone new, stepping outside your comfort zone, and facing things you may have avoided takes courage. That's why my priority is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are without pressure, expectations, or fear of being misunderstood.
