I bring 20 years of experience as a social worker across a range of mental health settings, but individual therapy is where I feel most at home. I often work with people navigating life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and that “stuck” feeling. I also use DBT-informed approaches to help build coping skills and emotional balance.

I often help those working through partner betrayal, relational trauma, or severe mood and anxiety symptoms. Finding and embracing your authentic self is a journey that can be challenging. Figuring out how to cope in a healthy way with what the world throws at us can be difficult. Hi, I'm Karen. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I genuinely love what I do.
I believe people do their best healing when they feel safe enough to be themselves. That means you won't find judgment here, and you don't have to worry about saying the "right" thing. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to understand what's going on and figure out where you want to go from here.
I strive to create a space that's warm, genuine, and collaborative. Therapy can be serious, but it doesn't always have to feel heavy. We'll celebrate your wins, make room for the hard conversations, and maybe even laugh together along the way.
