I am a dedicated mental health provider committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care through convenient telehealth services. My practice focuses on treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD, with an emphasis on individualized care and thoughtful medication management. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment. My goal is to help you achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in your mental health and overall quality of life.
Whatever the reason you are here...know that I am here to help you through it. I use a supportive, direct, empathetic and nonjudgmental approach in therapy. I have 16 years experience and primarily use CBT and EMDR approaches. I work hard to ensure you feel comfortable and safe and will help you meet your goals. Looking forward to meeting you!
Before I became a therapist, I was a high school English teacher, a
college professor, and a yoga instructor. That path wasn't random
— each role taught me something different about how people
grow, get stuck, and find their way back to themselves. I bring all
of that into my practice now.
I work with adults across Nevada via telehealth who are wrestling
with anxiety, depression, people-pleasing patterns, trauma, and self-worth.
I'm also a Level II Reiki practitioner and E-RYT-500+ advanced yoga
teacher — which means I understand that healing isn't just
cognitive. The body is part of this too, and I take that seriously.
Sometimes the hardest thing to lose isn't your way—it's your trust in yourself.
Maybe you're exhausted from overthinking every decision, carrying everyone else's expectations, or feeling like you should be able to handle everything on your own. Maybe life has knocked you around a bit, and now you're tired of feeling like you're just getting through the day instead of actually living it.
Therapy with me is a place to bring the messy, complicated, sometimes ridiculous parts of being human—the overthinking, the stress, the doubts, and the moments where you're just trying to figure out how to do this whole life thing. We'll have honest conversations, laugh when we can, and work together toward meaningful change.
I'm Arianna Killebrew, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) trained in EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I don't believe therapy should be a one-size-fits-all process. People are too unique for that. We'll figure out what actually fits you, because you're a person—not a problem to solve.
My background includes work in domestic violence shelters, schools, outpatient mental health, and legal and child welfare systems. Across these settings, I've sat with people through some of life's hardest moments and learned that people are rarely "too much" or "too complicated"—they're often carrying more than anyone realizes.
I don't just sit back and listen. I pay attention to the little things—the things you brush off, the things you've normalized, and the moments where you stop trusting yourself.
Understanding yourself is important, but I don't want therapy to stop there. I want you to leave trusting yourself more—feeling more confident in your choices and your ability to handle whatever life throws your way.
You don't have to walk into therapy knowing what to say or having everything figured out. You just have to show up as you are. We'll take it from there.
