While my background includes extensive work with children, adolescents, and families, my practice is primarily focused on supporting teens and adults who are navigating life's challenges. I am committed to providing culturally responsive, affirming care that honors each person's unique identity and lived experience.
I have experience working in community-based mental health and primary school settings. I've been a clinician since 2023 and have experience working with individuals of all ages. I am especially interested in working with those with chronic health conditions, mood disorders and trauma.
I have been in the field of Social Work for over 25 years. Over these years I have had the pleasure of working with adults and older adults dealing with everything from life transitions, depression, anxiety, and alcohol abuse to major mental illness and end of life issues.
