I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing medication
management and therapy for children ages 5+, adolescents, and adults. I treat ADHD,
depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, and related conditions. I also work with adults with autism
spectrum disorder and ADHD, providing diagnostic clarification and ongoing treatment within
general psychiatric care. I offer in-person and telehealth visits and focus on collaborative,
evidence-based, and individualized care.
Hello and welcome! Do you feel stuck - maybe in a difficult relationship with someone important or in a complicated relationship with yourself? My aim is to help you begin healing as quickly as possible, even when the issues are long-standing. Together, we will explore the present and seek out transformational processes, rather than focus on the past or simply relive old wounds as a more traditional approach might.
I love my job! I have supported children and families for over 30 years using a strengths based and trauma based model.
Hi, I’m Jennifer Roberts, PMHNP-BC, a psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in women’s mental health across the lifespan—from perinatal and postpartum challenges to menopause, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, mood changes, substance use recovery, trauma recovery, and ADHD. I provide integrative mental health care that blends medication management with holistic, individualized treatment plans.
I offer in-person care in Walpole, MA, and telehealth across Massachusetts. Let's work together to create a path toward healing that truly fits you.
My name is Amanda Potter, Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Simmons College in 2010. I also have a BA in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College, class of 2005.
I have a background in working with people of many different age ranges, coping with many different issues. Recently I have honed my focus down to working with people coping with grief and loss.
I see my role as creating a safe space a where you can explore what it means to be you. Within the therapeutic alliance, built on trust and safety, I will listen to your joys, fears, and pain with empathy and compassion, and offer you tools to thrive.
I could list all my accomplishments from the past 30 years, but that wouldn't give you a true sense of my style or beliefs. I strive to empathize, be respectful, and remain non judgemental. We all face worries, stresses, and challenges daily, and we all need someone who listens and understands. While family and friends can provide wonderful support, talking to someone with professional expertise and an outside perspective can be incredibly beneficial.
I am passionate about supporting my clients to feel congruent internally, so they can further understand and communicate their needs externally. While talking is the most obvious way for communication, I also love to incorporate our somatic experiences during sessions (with your agreement, of course). As an immigrant from Taiwan, it's also my mission to provide my expertise for people struggling with "fit in", while transitioning to any new environments.
As a licensed mental health clinician, I utilize a combination of evidence-based interventions and genuine compassion, empathy, and belief in growth through the therapy process. My background is in cognitive behavioral therapy, with training in dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with teenagers and adults of all ages in addressing struggles related to anxiety, depression, addiction, grief & loss, life transitions, and trauma.
