Hello, my name is Justin Adekoya. I am a husband, father, and coach. I attended Eastern Kentucky University, where I played football and earned my degree in Social Work. I am passionate about helping clients who feel stuck between their potential and their current mental state, those who have noticed fluctuations in focus, motivation, or confidence and haven’t been able to pinpoint why. Whether you’re a student, athlete, or individual experiencing pressure to perform, struggling with perfectionism, or battling self-doubt while seeking a healthier, more sustainable balance, you are not alone. I’m here to be your sounding board, and together, we can work to get you back on track.
