My goal is to provide you with a safe, emotional space where you will feel comfortable, relaxed and know that you are being heard. I want you to be able to express yourself freely without any fear of judgement. Healing takes place when you are able to be open, honest and vulnerable. Throughout my practice, it has been an honor to help facilitate extraordinary transformation in the lives of my clients. Believe me when I say that, “Anything is possible,” as I have witnessed my clients overcome trauma, grief, depression, anxiety and hardcore drug addiction.
Often, our feelings of shame, hurt and fear rob us of the opportunity to experience true joy and fulfillment in our lives. and purpose in your life. This leads to living with self-authenticity, and this is when you experience true joy and fulfillment. I look forward to being your catalyst for change. Growing up neurodivergent, I knew my life purpose was to learn to navigate a world that wasn't meant for me and to help others do the same. As a therapist, former teacher, & crisis responder, I understand what it takes to navigate toxic stress in a world that wasn't built for your brain or nervous system. I had a period as a young adult in which I was disabled by neurodivergent burnout and had to reshape my entire life trajectory. I had a therapist that truly saw me - it was the support I needed to create my future self. Today, that same passion drives my clinical work. You are not broken, and your adaptations make complete sense given what you’ve been through.
I earned a BA in Psychology/Human Services, went on for an MSW and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2017. I have extensive experience as a school clinician, respite business owner, and non-profit director. I opened my therapy practice in 2019. My practice focuses on supporting neurodivergent and gifted teens and adults, women, LGBTQ+/ENBY/Trans*, and BIPOC folks facing burnout, trauma, grief and major life pivots. Whether you are processing trauma, recovering from betrayal, navigating divorce, parenting, facing loss, health changes, or untangling the burnout of masking or people-pleasing, our work centers on helping you drop the mask, establish meaningful boundaries, and step into grounded self-worth. Your future self is waiting! In our sessions, you can expect warm, down-to-earth collaboration rooted in real-world strategies. When you’re ready to prioritize your own healing, I invite you to connect with me. Outside of being a therapist, I am a proud single momma to a neuro-spicy kiddo and a pittie. I enjoy crafting, travel, making art, yoga, dancing, and the outdoors.
Many of the solutions we seek are already inside of us. They can be hard to find, but it is possible. Using talk therapy and emotional regulation skills, we’ll work together to identify goals and practices that fit with the life you’re eager to live. I will provide compassionate, steady support as you navigate anxiety, depression, family or relationship challenges, recovery from addiction, and the impacts of ADHD.
I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and always consider cultural and social context. I also collaborate with other therapists to offer educational and support groups several times a year. Using a combination of physical, emotional, and cognitive tools, we’ll work to improve daily functioning, strengthen coping skills, and increase the joy and ease in your life.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Regis University, and I work with adults across a variety of life stages and transitions.

I am currently accepting new clients. I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the step to reach out is often the hardest part, so congratulations on being here. I especially love supporting women navigating anxiety, depression, big life changes, postpartum, and the ups and downs of motherhood. After 15 years in this field, I know how much lighter life can feel with the right support, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
It is one of my core beliefs that every person is the expert on their own life and experiences. As a therapist, I aim to be a witness to your journey and a source of feedback, clarity, and support. I have a background in schools and special education, a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health.
I have been in practice over 20 years. As a young man struggling with depression and anxiety, therapy saved my life. My lifes purpose is to pay back the favor and help those who continue to suffer. I have extensive experience with chronic pain, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relationships.
I work with every client as a unique individual. Rather than looking at what is “wrong” with a client, I focus on the inherent health of the individual. I believe many behaviors, feelings, and styles were at one point a healthy and creative adjustment to a difficult situation. I assist people in developing awareness around this process and empower them to make new choices that may serve them better.
I have over 20 years of experience, I have extensive experience and training in the treatment of- anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, divorce, parenting issues, adoption, LGBT issues, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, solutions focused therapy, pilot/aviation specific concerns, spiritually inclusive practice, perimenopausal/menopausal support and more!
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 16 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life experiences and challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with diverse populations and address many different areas of mental health and personal growth.
