Hello! My name is Gabi. As a therapist, my approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on helping you understand your experiences while building practical tools for change. I obtained my counseling degree from the University of Colorado Denver, completing my clinical training at the university counseling center and through a local non-profit. I have since continued my professional development through experience in the community mental health setting, and through additional training in EMDR.
My name is Lydia, I’m a southern transplant living in Colorado 5 years in the making. While I love certain parts of the South, I am passionate about dismantling the restrictive thought patterns brought on by Southern culture.
25+ years of experience with individual, couples and families supporting them through all life stages and challenges. including neurodiversity in children and adults, blended and separating families, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss.
Hi, my name is Zach, and I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary’s CACREP accredited program. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, and I work largely with LGBTQ+ individuals, specializing in religious trauma and spirituality, existential distress, eating disorders and body image, relationship issues, and grief and loss.
I work to meet clients wherever they are at emotionally and identify their goals so that we can work together to create the best life possible for them. I have experience working with all ages and walks of life, from first responders and caretakers to teenagers and families. I come from a family of helpers and have a deep understanding of how traumatic experiences can destabilize people's well-being. I am here to work as a guide, not a teacher, and believe that all healing is done by the patient. I seek to empower my patients and show them their inner strength that was there all along.

Hello! Nice to meet you! I am a board-certified, Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in child/teen therapy and improving family communication. I enjoy helping people look at challenges in different ways. I am a member of a certified therapy dog team with my Corgi, Olive. I earned my doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the University of Denver and have been in private practice for over ten years. I consider it an honor to be in relationship with my clients and to help them better understand themselves and change their lives. I strive to celebrate and create a safe space for all aspects of your identity.
I see my job as helping folks examine why we beat ourselves and others up emotionally, and how to do something different. Together, we’ll work on figuring out what matters most to you and navigating toward it. If you value straight-forwardness, humor, geeky metaphors, and having someone sit with you in the discomfort, we are probably a good match.
