I work with people navigating grief, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, chronic health diagnosis, complex family dynamics, marital challenges and complicated expectations placed on women. We will sort though what's heavy, challenge the narratives that aren't' serving you and help realize a life that feels more like your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and working towards growth.

In 2011, I came across a magazine photo of a little girl standing alone, looking confused and crying. Behind her, people from her community were running for safety, not noticing her. Their whole community was about to be destroyed by a tsunami. Later that year, when I faced a big change in my own life, I remembered that picture of the little girl. It reminded me that I was not alone.
