I have the privilege of walking alongside clients from diverse backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges. My practice is dedicated to fostering client growth, emotional resilience, and mental wellness through evidence-based practices in diverse populations.

I understand how intimidating it can be to reach out for help, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin this journey. Therefore, my focus is building a strong therapeutic relationship, allowing clients to feel secure enough to explore difficult emotions and experiences; being client-centered, validating experiences without imposing judgments or assumptions; practicing cultural sensitivity and humility, with mindfulness of how culture, race, religion, gender identity, sexuality, and lived experiences shape a client’s worldview and mental health; empowering clients to explore, learn, and build tools to manage their lives more effectively; and focusing on the client’s goals and values.

personality and developmental stage. I also partner with caregivers, teachers, and other supports so your child is not doing this work alone. My goal is to help them

understand themselves better, build confidence, and feel more in control of their emotions and choices.
