I am a clinical psychologist with 15 years of experience in private practice. I specialize in treating adults going through major life events, including trauma, chronic illness, new parenthood, and divorce. I am trained in EMDR treatment for trauma and I am certified in perinatal mental health.

I hold a master’s degree in nursing with specialized training in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management, as well as psychotherapy.

I integrate a client-centered approach that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive counseling, and lifestyle interventions alongside medication when appropriate.
