Welcome. I'm a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to supporting people who are going through a tough life transition, whether it’s a diagnosis, relationship loss, other loss, or it’s you who have changed. You may be stressed, burnt out, depressed, anxious, and/or traumatized by what you are going through and carrying. You don’t have to do this alone. You can find your spark again. I have specialized training in somatic psychotherapy and evidence-based mindfulness therapies. As a person living with T1D, I love working with others in the diabetes community, and I understand the mental load and energy it takes, every single day.
Hello! I am a LCSW specializing in therapy for ADHD & anxiety. I spent the first eight years of my career in diverse and challenging social work roles in a community mental health setting. Hi, I’m Devyn, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Nevada (CP5145-R) and Colorado (LPC.0017444). I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Reno, and have been practicing since 2019. I specialize in working with children, families, and adults across the lifespan, with training in EMDR, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Integrative Attachment Family Therapy. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and family systems work to support healing and personal growth.
I take a fresh, integrative approach to individualized psychotherapy, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients better understand and regulate their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and reactions.
I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients develop greater acceptance of difficult emotions and circumstances that may be outside of their control while taking meaningful action aligned with their personal values. With seven years of experience as both a Group Facilitator and Individual Therapist in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I utilize evidence-based skills and mindfulness practices to help clients improve emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and build resilience.

Hi, I’m Tyler Lange. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Colorado, as well as an LPC Supervisor in Texas. For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, families, and individuals through seasons of challenge, growth, and renewal. My work—as a School Counselor, school‐based mental health professional, and now a Clinical Mental Health Therapist—has continually reinforced my belief in the importance of compassion, dignity, and genuine human connection.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my master’s degree in Counselor Education from Southeastern Louisiana University, and later attended Capella University’s PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision program to obtain my supervisor credential. While my training has shaped my clinical approach, the people I’ve walked alongside have shaped my purpose.
At the center of my work is a quiet but steady conviction: every person carries inherent worth, and healing becomes possible when they are met with patience, grace, and a safe place to be fully themselves. I strive to create that kind of space—one where people feel supported, understood, and free to move toward wholeness at their own pace.

I can help lighten the load with the different modalities that I use. Let me help you navigate recovery and relapse prevention. Together, we will develop a comprehensive plan so that you can get the tools you need to help you reach your goals. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and for that I appreciate you. Please contact me to see if we're a good fit.
