I’m warm, solution-focused, and unapologetically authentic—with just enough edge to keep it real. I’ve been told I’m pretty funny too, so expect some laughs along the way. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a range of life situations and transitions.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from San Diego State University and bring more than 40 years of experience working with teens, adults, and older adults in a variety of settings, including psychiatric care, acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health, skilled nursing facilities and private clinical practice. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the resilience people develop through life’s hardships, as well as the important role grief, loss, anger, and healing can play in personal growth.

Sarah Emmanuelle Mairesse is a trilingual (English/Spanish/French) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist focused on healing mind, body and spirit. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology and undergraduate degree in Child Development. I incorporate EMDR to help minimize symptoms of ADHD, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and Attachment Trauma, etc..
