I'm a therapist offering in-person sessions in the Westlake Village area of Southern California, and telehealth to folks throughout California. I decided to become a therapist after many years of working in corporate America, and I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and an LMFT license.

Life can be especially difficult for people today. It is my goal to assist all my clients starting at age 3 years, through adults to learn how to make healthy and positive decisions in their lives and to empower them to have a good, healthy self image and to successfully move into their future.

I veiw the path of a human life span, as each of us interact and peerceives the environment around us in our own unique way. My goal is to help clients look at their options, evaluate choices towarda healthier outcome. My work has involved in helping clients toward building better communication between couples, family members, and individual relationships. It is my belief that counseling / psychotherapy can provide a safe place where personal challenges can be processed, and finding choices toward enhancing the quality of life and improve relationships.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I specialize in working with adults with stress, depression, and anxiety. I also work with couples and families to improve communication, lessen conflict, and create healthy family dynamics.

I'm a licensed psychotherapist with 34 years of experience. I do my best to meet you "where you are" and to offer compassionate presence as you progress through your personal process of self-discovery, self-identification, and evolution.
