Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in California. I received my Doctorate Degree from Alliant International University in Fresno. I was born in Southern California and raised in the Bay Area. I have been practicing for 10 years and I enjoy empowering adults in their journey of overcoming their mental health challenges. I motivate clients for change and promote their personal growth.
I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes mental health care should feel human—not rushed or impersonal.
I provide a non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and feel understood. My approach integrates thoughtful medication management with psychotherapy when appropriate, always tailored to your individual needs.
Diagnosis can be an important part of understanding your experience, but it’s only one piece of the picture. I look at your mental, physical, and emotional well-being, as well as the life experiences that shape what you’re going through.
I offer collaborative, grounded care to help you move toward a more balanced, integrative, and holistic sense of well-being.
Hi, and welcome! Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or grief. You may feel stuck, stressed, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns, feel understood, and start building the tools to regain control and find peace.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, and I have really wanted to build
something of my own for a long time. Going into private practice was not an impulsive decision. It is something I have thought about carefully, and I am committed to making it work well for the people I work with. My background includes clinical work with adults and families
across a range of settings from psychiatric hospitals, to non profits and private practice. I am based in the Coachella Valley and serve clients throughout
California via telehealth. I am also in the process of establishing an in-person office here in the
valley, because I know how hard it can be to find consistent, quality mental health care locally.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also work with people dealing with chronic stress, relationship challenges, and the kind of emotional weight that builds up when life keeps asking more of you than you feel you have to give. I have a
particular connection to working with Latino and bicultural clients, single parents, and people who are navigating coparenting and the identity shifts that come with it.

Factors to Consider When Choosing an Anxiety Therapist in Citrus Heights, CA
Searching for therapists in Citrus Heights starts with knowing what kind of support you want. Therapists may help with concerns like anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress. As you compare options, look for someone whose listed specialties, therapy style, and experience match what you want to discuss. A therapist’s bio can help you understand their approach, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, or family-focused support.
Citrus Heights is a smaller market, so the number of nearby in-person therapists may vary by schedule, specialty, and office location. Virtual therapy can expand your options while still connecting you with a therapist licensed in California. As you narrow your search, consider appointment availability, whether the therapist is accepting new patients, and whether they offer a free phone consultation. Reading profiles before booking can also help you assess communication style and what sessions may look like.
Therapy in Citrus Heights can be a significant investment without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs and make ongoing care more affordable. Headway helps you search for therapists who accept a wide range of insurance plans, see estimated costs before booking, and choose between virtual and in-person appointments. You can browse therapists, review bios, and book directly when you’re ready.
