I have over 15 years of experience and extensive post-graduate training specializing in depression, anxiety, ADHD, complex trauma, issues related to identity, and I offer particular attunement to individuals who identify as LGBTQAI+.

My background is in psychoanalytic psychotherapy/psychoanalysis and my approach to therapy is determined by the needs of each individual, which will make our time together a powerful space for self-reflection and growth. Our work together will be an opportunity for you to share your pain and perhaps for the first time, feel heard and understood.
