I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University and have over five years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, preteens, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have a particular passion for supporting clients experiencing anxiety, navigating the impact of trauma, and working through challenges related to ADHD, self-esteem, and life transitions.

I am Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) trained in medication management and individual therapy. I approach my work caring about the whole person and not simply treating diagnoses. I am aided by knowledge gained from my education: Bachelor's of Science in Sociology, Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, and Master's of Science in Nursing. I also draw from my 11 year career as a registered nurse in intensive care units and my 3 years as a Nurse Practitioner, working at an outpatient clinic as well as an inpatient crisis unit.

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia. I have over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have experience supporting individuals and families through difficulties due to separation, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I have extensive experience working with individuals of all ages who experienced abuse and/or neglect during childhood.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both science and cultural awareness. I specialize in supporting women navigating burnout, relationship challenges, and the effects of racism or gender bias at work. In our sessions, I create a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and rebuild confidence from the inside out.
