Prior to working in the school setting, I worked with homeless families as well as domestic violence victims.
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with over 22 years of experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of mental health challenges. I take a client-centered approach that emphasizes trust, connection, and positive reinforcement. I’m a Licensed Clinical Therapist with over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and geriatric populations. I’ve practiced in various settings such as outpatient mental health clinics, in-patient psychiatric hospitals, in-home and virtually. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, anger management issues along with trauma and abuse.
You don't have to have it all figured out to start. There is no right or wrong place to begin.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I'm also a Certified School Counselor — which means I've spent decades not just in therapy offices, but inside schools, alongside kids and families navigating the real, daily pressures of growing up, parenting, and finding your way.
That breadth of experience shapes everything about how I work. I understand what it looks like when anxiety shows up in a classroom, when ADHD affects a family's daily life, or when an eating disorder hides behind achievement. And I know how to create a space where children, teens, and adults alike feel safe enough to actually open up.
Hi Everyone! I’m Tiffany. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
In my practice, I support people who want to find more acceptance, wholeness, and aliveness in every area of their life. I often work with people who feel overwhelmed with self-criticism, doubt, sadness, anxiety, overwhelm, grief, and fear.
