I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in outpatient psychiatry and community mental health. I enjoy working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health conditions. I have a special interest in women's mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in your mental health journey.

I use a collaborative, holistic, and culturally aware approach to support clients in achieving their mental health and personal goals. With an educational background from Tufts University and the University of Denver, I specialize in helping individuals, partners, caregivers, and families navigate life's challenges using evidence-based methods, creating a space for growth and healing for clients of all backgrounds.

Stimulants, Suboxone and Benzodiazepines are prescribed in this practice with DEA guidelines. Dr. Padilla is a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the New York tri-state area and has over 30 years of experience in healthcare. He treats children from 6 years old through adulthood, focusing on psychiatric medication management. He specializes in mental health and has extensive experience in the field of psychiatry. Dr. Padilla takes a “start low and go slow” approach to prescribing, paying special attention to medication potency and potential interactions with other medications prescribed by other providers. Dr. Padilla earned his Doctorate in Clinical Practice Nursing from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. He also holds bachelor’s degrees from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and the University of Miami, as well as an associate’s degree from Bergen Community College.

Hi, I’m Hayley Johnson, MSN, PMHNP-BC. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in nursing, including medical, rehabilitation, home health, and behavioral health settings.

I work with adolescents and adults (ages 12+) experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress-related conditions. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who feel overwhelmed internally, struggle with focus or emotional regulation, or feel stuck despite trying to manage things on their own.

My background in both medical and psychiatric care allows me to take a comprehensive approach. I consider the full picture, including medical history, lifestyle factors, and when appropriate, possible contributors such as thyroid imbalance, vitamin deficiencies, or hormonal changes.

I am committed to providing thoughtful, structured, and evidence-based psychiatric medication management in a way that feels collaborative and respectful.

I'm Allyn Latorre, a licensed clinical social worker who has spent over a decade helping adults rebuild after exactly this kind of disruption. My approach is direct, practical, and trauma-informed. You don't need to have it figured out before reaching out; most people call me in the middle of something overwhelming, and that's exactly the right time to start.

My current specialty is treating patients with anxiety, depression and PTSD. Opioid use disorder with suboxone. As a provider I like to collaborate with my patients as to their desires and the direction they want to take on their journey to wellness. I like to take a conservative approach. In addition to any medications that may be prescribed, therapy is encouraged to all patients. I believe in mindfulness, exercise, and behavioral therapies.

Jacki Veler, MSN, PMHNP, FNP, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 16 years of nursing experience. She earned her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Spring Arbor University in 2021 and her PMHNP Graduate Certificate from the University of Toledo in 2022. At NewHeart Mental Health and Wellness in Oak Harbor, Ohio, she delivers in person and remote outpatient psychiatry and addiction treatment for adults and children across the entire lifespan. She also provides inpatient psychiatric care at a behavioral health hospital.
